Pleasurama & Terence Painter Estate Agent.

My mum used to say to me tell the truth and shame the devil. A motto which has stuck with me all my life.

Here is an extract taken from the website of local estate agent Terence Painter  today

Here is an extract from the Property Ombudsman Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents. Here is a link to their website. http://www.tpos.co.uk/index.htm

Your mission, if you choose to take it, is to carefully read Mr Painter's adverts and make an informed judgment as to whether the they comply with the Code. The  Property Ombudsman will investigate complaints from the public about  breaches of the Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents.

I have examined the advert and have made up my mind.  I will be contacting the Ombudsman and will publish his reply.

  2. Ian. Here is an idea. Send Mr Painter a request for assurances that cliff face safety measures are adequate for the build to start and ask him to provide copies of TDC assurances to the builder and developer.

    2. Thank you for the link.

That takes me to the current properties he has available, but does not include the image you posted above.

Can you tell me when the image you posted was displayed and please give me some way to verify when it was actually online so I may make a proper complaint.

    3. access the homepage here http://www.terencepainter.co.uk/content.php/100 then using the minimum price menu choose the £400,000 option. Using the maximum price option choose the +£500,000 option then click on search and it will bring up the properties. Just done it now and 3 Pleasurama properties come up. Thanks Ian
